B A Machine makes every effort to ensure that the information on this web site is current and accurate, but cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered. Warranties:
All manufacturers and vendors warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer or vendor. B A Machine will handle warranties where applicable. When the manufacturer or vendor handles the warranty, BA Machine will assist in co-ordinating the repair or replacement of defective items. BA Machine. does NOT directly warranty any motorcycle part, accessory or product sold. We accept no responsibility for manufacturer defects or deficiencies. Warranty returns MUST include all original hardware, instructions and packaging. There are some items that do NOT have warranties and these items will be identified in the description of the goods.
Motorcycle products that are warrantied by the manufacturer must be processed through them. We will provide contact information and all assistance possible. This procedure actually saves time in getting the problem resolved.

Gas Tanks: Gas tanks should be fitted, pressure-tested and sealed BEFORE painting in order to eliminate potential problems.
Fenders & Other Sheetmetal: should be fitted BEFORE painting in order to eliminate potential problems.

Seats I Saddlebags /Tour Paks/ Windshields: Once mounted, these items cannot be returned. Must be in like-new condition, with no evidence of wear or mount marks.

Exhausts: Exhaust systems should be thoroughly inspected for defects in the chrome/powder coating/other finishes or other damage before being installed on the motorcycle. If any defects in material or workmanship are detected you must inform us immediately of the defects and wait for further instructions. Once you installed the pipes and start up the motorcycle they are not returnable unless manufacturing defects are discovered when installing them AND the motorcycle has not been started. This does NOT include scratches and blemishes to the chrome these should be detected and reported to BA Machine BEFORE installation.

Helmets: Helmets are FINAL SALE for health/sanitary reasons and for the owner's protection are NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON . Please be careful when choosing a helmet, sizing is different from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Electrical Items: NOT RETURNABLE if the unit has been installed.
Sale Items: FINAL SALE, no refund, no exchange, no returns.
